Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Updated: November 2021

We value each client or potential client’s time. As a small business, we have limited time and availability to meet. Out of respect for your time, ours, and our other clients who wish to book meetings, we have fully outlined our cancellation policies on this page.

Appointment Bookings & Meetings

All appointments and meetings will be held virtually via Google Meet and are available to be booked through links provided directly to the client via various channels.

This virtual meeting software may require you to log in, create an account, or take other action in order to join the meeting. All meeting invitees are responsible for making sure they are able to join the meeting prior to the meeting start time.

If an invitee does not join the meeting within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, it will be considered a no-show cancellation.

Reminders & Confirmations

Confirmations: All booked meetings are required to be confirmed by the client or potential client no less than 24 hours (1 Day) prior to the meeting start time. Confirmation requests will be sent automatically via email and SMS.

Reminders: Each meeting invitee will receive both an email reminder and SMS reminder of the meeting within six hours of the start time.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Fees

Cancellations or Rescheduling: Meetings may be canceled or rescheduled up to six hours before the meeting start time.

Any cancellation or rescheduling request received less than six hours before the meeting start time will result in a cancellation fee.

Fees: All meetings canceled, rescheduled, or no-shows will be charged a non-refundable $15 cancellation fee.
