SUPERbooked offers three different service levels. You can choose from a SUPERbooked Campaign, SUPERbooking Assistants, or run both services simultaneously. Here is how they work:
SUPERbooked Campaign: The campaign kicks off with an offer SMS sent to the leads you provide. From there, our assistants answer incoming inquiries related to the campaign and get your leads booked for a consultation with you! The campaign includes an offer message, legally compliant opt out language, and lead nurturing messages.
SUPERbooking Assistants: If you need help with all your incoming messages, our SUPERbooking Assistants service can help with that. You can purchase this service in addition to the Campaign or a la carté.
Combo Package: If you’ve purchased a SUPERbooked Campaign (only), our SBAs will interact with any leads who were sent the SUPERbooked Offer message. If you purchased one of our SUPERBOOKED SBA Packages, our agents will respond to ALL your incoming messages.
